When Adi Shankara says: Brahma satya jagat mithya, jivo brahmaiva naparah<br />Translation: Brahman is the only truth, the world is transient, and there is ultimately no difference between Brahman and individual. How can he say the first "Brahma satya jagat mithya" with Jiva perspective and second part "jivo brahmaiva naparah" from Brahman perspective. Seems convoluted to me. He could have said "atmo brahmaiva naparah" or "jivatmo brahmaiva naparah" and laid all nonsensical debates to rest.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08820678577059870761noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29207502.post-26228595440691105202016-11-08T21:26:16.271+05:302016-11-08T21:26:16.271+05:30This comment has been removed by the author. The mimickerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07832730940796556651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29207502.post-81596738451821979422016-11-08T21:26:00.006+05:302016-11-08T21:26:00.006+05:30This comment has been removed by the author. The mimickerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07832730940796556651noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29207502.post-49280190671562863262012-12-30T23:54:09.374+05:302012-12-30T23:54:09.374+05:30Very valid Q. Such people, then come back to duality for the welfare of the world and to guide them towards Moksha.Such people, even though live in duality fulfilling their purpose are ever aware of the Ultimate Truth,in eternal bliss. Such, people are called "Jivan Mukta"-"Free while living".Nithin.Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18360413368919350289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-29207502.post-53020793816461013392012-12-30T23:34:54.513+05:302012-12-30T23:34:54.513+05:30I have one doubt regarding the paramathika satya. ...I have one doubt regarding the paramathika satya. If a person has experienced paramarthika satya than from his viewpoint, I am the same as him. Hence, can such a person teach? Does not teaching imply duality?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
